Covid-19 Update: Return to ALL Live Stream Worship / No In-Person Worship as of November 8

Dear Parishioners and Friends of St. Peter’s,

As you know, after having our Regathering Plan approved, we opened our doors to in-person worship in late October, with limited attendance and with many restrictions in place for the safety of all. We have now made a change in that plan.

In light of the significant increases in Covid-19 on the Southcoast, particularly in New Bedford, Dartmouth and Westport, towns in which the majority of our parishioners reside, we have made the decision to return to all Live Stream worship beginning this Sunday, November 8.

This decision has been made to keep people safe and to prevent any further spread in our local community which I view as a responsibility of the church. We will continue to monitor this situation on a weekly basis and, if anything changes in the immediate future, we will notify you. But, as for now, our Sunday morning worship will take place via live stream only at

We will get through this and our church will be stronger! Please continue to support our mission because although we are closed once again to in-person worship, the work of the church continues as we keep helping people in so many ways. Please be assured of our continued prayers for you and please continue to be safe! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding and for your desire to care for our wider community.
